Vistal.tn is a web platform developed and designed by Nour Ksiksi, the work started in June 2010.

Since then the website has three main versions, the first was on October 2010, the second was on 2013 and the third is in October 2023.

At the beginning it was designed to be a social network but for the third version it has become more than that after developing new features.
